Our Commitment
At Referrify Digital Marketing Service, every project requires professional planning, consultation, scheduling, research, administrative work, and allocation of business resources before and during delivery. Because of this commitment of time and resources, all payments made to our Company are considered final.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, all payments are non-refundable.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Deposits
- Initial payments
- Milestone payments
- Subscription payments
- Consultation fees
- Retainer payments
- Renewal payments
- Administrative fees
- Processing fees
- Any other payments made for our products or services
Once payment has been received and work has been scheduled, initiated, or resources have been allocated, refunds will not be issued regardless of project status, changes in business circumstances, change of mind, or cancellation requests.
Client Cancellation
If a client decides to discontinue or cancel a project after work has commenced, any payments already made shall remain non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right to determine the amount of work completed or resources committed at the time of cancellation.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law or where expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of Referrify Digital Marketing Service.
Acceptance
By making a payment, signing a proposal, approving an estimate, accepting an invoice, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Non-Refundable Policy.
